工作描述
-验证和确认内部设计和开发的硬件产品，使用硬件鉴定小组制定的标准鉴定流程，并参与创建/改进测试程序和方法的所有阶段。
-分析测试中发现的故障，支持内部设计团队找出问题的根本原因；
-改进验证方法和程序。
-执行和/或自动化测试，包括一些信号完整性分析。
-与内部各部门沟通解决异常
-参与发布内部/外部可发布的测试报告。
首选经验：
-电气工程/计算机科学/计算机工程学士学位；
-良好的中英文书面和口头沟通能力。
-自我激励，能够独立有效地工作，满足时间要求。
-至少5年硬件产品测试或开发环境的行业经验
-熟悉显示接口高速信号完整性测量
-熟练使用数字示波器、逻辑和网络分析仪等电子设备。
-熟练使用所有MS操作系统和PC的配置/设置。
-扎实的集成电路技术背景
-有板级设计和开发经验者优先。
-熟悉高速信号理论者优先。

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Work closely with global ISP firmware/driver/algorithm, and tuning tools teams to provide tuning solutions.
• Fine tune lead project’s image quality on AMD platform independently.
• Improve tuning efficiency and optimize tuning process, including related algorithm and tools development.
Qualification:
• More than 3 years camera image quality tuning experience and image quality evaluation experience.
• Capable to define module spec according to customer’s expectation.
• Familiar with ISP pipe and 3A algorithm, could define image quality tuning strategy.
• Familiar with color science.
• Experience on Intel, Qualcomm and MTK platform tuning is a plus.
• Tuning and test experience to pass DXO/VCX criteria is a plus.
• Win-hello and Skype tuning experience is a plus.
• Fluent in both written and spoken English is a plus.

Sr. PCB Layout Engineer
THE PERSON:
• Good communications skills in both Mandarin and English
• Self-motivated and willing to embrace challenges
• Able to cope with diverse problems and situations
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Responsible for PCB layout design for AMD Client and dGPU products
• Responsible for PCB library creation or double check
• Introduce design constraint per requirements
• Perform PCB fabrication check with Valor
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
• Rich hands-on experience in PCB layout for PC/Server Motherboards and Graphics boards
• Skillful to operate Cadence Allegro, Concept, Valor along with strong skills in designing high speed, multi-layer, HDI, Analog/RF layout and power supply layout
• Hands-on experience on Valor DFF check and Gerber release
• Experience in PCB library creation
• Experience in Cadence Skill/Script development is a plus
• Good knowledge of IPC specifications, PCB manufacturing and assembly process
ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS:
• B.Sc. In EE or CS or equivalent is desired
