vt4炮塔旋转速度问题
泰国版vt4手册第69页指出，炮塔定向速度大于等于30度每秒。其实际速度可以做到与ZTZ99a相当，即38度每秒。
之前似乎有玩家反映过同样的问题，但一个开发人员以手册中炮塔瞄准速度不超过15度每秒的理由反驳了。
我认为游戏中应当被还原的数值应该是前者，其正确反映了炮塔的最大转速，而后者反映的是火控系统索敌时的炮塔转速。更何况泰国版vt4并非游戏中顶配版的vt4a1，vt4a1的性能只会比它更优秀。

Page 69 of the Thai version of the vt4 manual states that the turret laying speed is greater than or equal to 30 degrees per second. Its actual speed can be made comparable to ZTZ99a，i.e. 38 degrees per second.
It seems that some players have reported the same issue before, but a developer countered with the reason that the turret aiming speed in the manual is no more than 15 degrees per second.
I think the value that should be reverted in the game should be the former, which correctly reflects the turret's maximum RPM, while the latter reflects the turret's RPM when the fire control system is claiming the enemy. Not to mention that the Thai version of the vt4 is not the top of the line vt4a1 in the game, the vt4a1 will only outperform it.
