The Song of Consciousness
There is but one song that is eternal – the Song ofConsciousness.
This song has always had a presence on earth, always.
It is the underlying essence of our lives in whateverform, place or time we are. Those of us who have suspended our ability to hearand feel this song – it is a choice isn’t it.
The song never leaves us, if we wish to hear itconsciously, we can.
It must be this way otherwise we live in an absurdworld, for which there would be no purpose, even to love.
And what higher intelligence would knowingly create anabsurd reality?
What evolutionary path would lead to, or be attracted byabsurdity?
This song is a signal within the noise, it is not hiddenor held within secrecy, it is a matter of our intention - where is our mind?
From what inspirations do our thoughts flow? To what song do we live nearer?
Signal or noise, creates choice. Choice creates learningvalue. Learning value gives rise to realizations and it is realizations whichwe live for.
Subconsciously we do hear this song, we’re simply goodat denying its entrance into our busy lives - being human has it demands.
From an early age we are taught how to be dismissive ofthe Song of Consciousness.
We become so good at it we can sense it and dismiss it,in the same cycle of a single breath.
In a reality that does not bring judgment, the actionsof denial and acceptance are parts of the same thing.
This song includes all life, all actions.
In this reality our hearts and nature are its refuge –the portals through which it comes into a singular human experience andexpresses itself.
A thousand voices have covered this song, some claimedthey wrote it, some claim no ownership, some believe their interpretation isfrom the original song. Some embellish it believing they have improved or atleast made it more comprehensible, the Song of Consciousness.
Some live it without even knowing.
This one song has sprouted not less than a billionbeliefs and yet, if we just open ourselves to see it, to hear it, even if justa single moment, you know this song is the song of unity intelligence, acollective intelligence.
The Integral is all. It’s always here, always on, alwaysfor us, whatever we choose without the faintest glimmer of guilt of doubt.
