thank you for sharing,to begin with,i remembered in his famous speech gates once pointed out that the essence of charity is about equity,as we are creating stages for everyone, then, more talented people would have the opportunity to repay the world;however he also admitted that life is not fair,we have to get used to it.many renowed scholars have told us education and environment plays a major role to our growing, and this exactly why so many philathropists dedicated to improve the standard of education.newhause once came up with a metaphor, the best way to cultivate fruits is to find the best garden,if one insisted to start from zero, then the works would be immense and low efficency, compared with starting from nurturing the soil, why do not we just find a suitable garden at first?however,it is true that sometimes to get meet with ideal conditions is a fantasy,so we need to face the reality as luxun suggested.to sum up,we care about enviroment as much as we strengthening the seeds..taking curie and faraday as examples.they did not had a good environment, but instead of complain, they have changed and to some extent, reformed reshaped the environment they were in.
