西方巫术 - 瞳孔变色法
瞳孔变色之法(另附眼球颜色改变) 在晚上施术，
并点上橘色及粉红色的蜡烛。 把眼睛闭起来(施术时要全心全意在这上面)，
先全力想像你眼睛现在的样子，持续五分钟，然后想像你想变的颜色，
同时吟诵(注)： 「降临于我」三次，然后再重复过程一次，你将在几天后看到眼球颜色一整天的改变
(注)咒语原为英文，但没牵涉到古语的应用，只是存粹仪式的像徵，所以我把它翻成中文，
原文是：「Become of me」。

这八个简单的字代表著Wicca教徒的法则。那甚麼是Wicca教的信条呢？简单来说，它是：随意地实践魔法，发展并利用你的精神力量，但要以不伤害任何人为前提。
我们在实践魔法之前，都必须清醒认识到Wicca教徒的法则的重要性，特别是使用那些或许会被认为不道德或带有控制行为性质的魔法之前。
不管你是否相信，如果你违背Wicca教的法则（即使是无意的），那麼将会有报应发生在你身上。
有句话是：「因果循环报应不爽」，这是在警告你，在使用魔法或是精神力量对付你的敌人之前，你应该小心谨慎，反覆考虑，应该使用正面的魔法能量，而非负面。
反噬通常是你用了邪恶的魔法能量的反噬。如果你用黑魔法或是其他邪恶的方法蓄意伤害或控制他人，你就会被邪恶三倍反噬，同样，只要你用积极或正义的力量（如使用治疗或帮助型的咒语），你就会积善因得善果，而且还是三倍的。
这个因果报应法则被世人称为三倍法则。我亲眼见证过很多事例，甚至对那些一度认为现世报是一首歌名的人也不例外。
如果你觉得有必要的话，可以减少或增加本书中咒语的内容，使咒语符合你个人的需要。（草药、精油、薰香，及仪式方位都可以用其他材料方式替换，只要它们的魔法性质保持一致即可。但是，不要改变咒语应该施行的月亮的圆缺状况，否则咒语大效果会改变。）
在施行咒语或魔法仪式之后，做一个放松的冥想仪式。然后，我通常都会感谢女神，於她们神圣的存在和守护结交。
