U71Mn钢轨矫直断裂原因分析

摘要:针对U71Mn钢轨矫直过程中出现的断轨问题,对断口部位的宏观金相组织、化学成分、力学性能和显微硬度等进行了观察和分析。结果表明钢轨角部的外来夹杂物及其附近网状渗碳体、针状渗碳体魏氏组织的存在,以及钢轨角部由于擦伤出现的隐针马氏体组织,是造成钢轨矫直断裂的主要原因,并探讨了解决措施。

Abstract: In order to solve the problems of rail fracture in U71Mn rail during straightening process,microstructure, chemical composition, mechanical properties and microhardness of fracture surface was observed and studied, respectively. The results show that the presence of foreign slag entrapment, cementite network, acicular widmanstatten cementite and the fine acicular martensite in corner of rail because of friction impairment are the main reason of rail breaking in U71Mn rail during straightening process. Then the solving measures were discussed.
