Yes, I think we need a peer review. On the one hand, it is difficult to find some mistakes from our articles by ourselves. A peer review can give clear guidelines and feedback. Then the analysis of writing errors wil help improve our writing proficiency.

On the other hand, during the process of modify the article, we can overcome our short comings by learning from others strong points.
